Who is this Jayantilal Dharamshi Gosrani whom Kenol "owes" 99 million for breach of contract? Could he be another Devani? (or his long lost brother)
Kenol have been ordered to deposit 15 million for the appeal.
But the amounts involved are too little to affect Kenol. The big one is the 4.6 billion from KPC.
In fact Segman (who GG is too keen to see ascend to State House come 2012) is sure to be losing no sleep over this guy.

I suspect he is the guy who ran the KK station in Pangani near the Forest Road roundabout. If I remember the story well he violated the terms of his contract with KK and the latter put him out of business withholding supplies.
