The English Premier League has really risen, it's the only league (country) where its qualifiers to the Champions League have made it to the last 8 taking up half the slots with the remaining 4 shared by Spain, Italy, Holland and Portugal. It's an enormous achievement. BBI will solve it :)

I agree with you about the Citizens. Am not so sure about Liverpool though. Whenever you watch City play, you can't fail to see sheer class and the quality of champions. Liverpool have rode their luck far too often. The only match I would say they played with pedigree was their away game against Bayern Munchen.
