The crowd doesn't exist here. Otherwise the nosedive would've already hit this counter. This is an institutional's ground since the IPO targeted them.

I like your observation. I have come to learn that where Wanjiko is overcrowded has greater influence than the big boys. In general, Wanjiko determines the direction the market takes!

Could it be that during that time they were seeking exemption from the CMA?

Trading at a new low at 16.35. I wonder how many institutions are in here since wanjikus didn't participate. Otherwise post listing the crowd would have solid it hurriedly as it dipped below listing price.

The market can stay irrational longer than one can stay solvent.

When this thread started I valued this a 5 bob based on among other things projected dividend yield

A week later new lows continue. Trades at 13.50 which is 17.43% down from last week's low at 16.35 d'oh! Pray

Must be spooked by something as well as the Fusion D-REIT which is one spectacular failure as the pacesetter for D-REITs.

I pity the shareholders. they are about to take 50 % shave on their investment even before announcement of not so good looking results as extension was granted by CMA to continue working the books
