Iexcusable, we should not look for scapegoats: The attackers came at 8 and terrorised till 1AM" a local chief tells @encanews. 5 hours? Was the government and our security systems busy watching all the 3 world cup matches. The govt did NOT respond to this attack sensibly. I gather that Mpeketoni is an isolated settlement. To the south and west, it's a jungle until Witu kms away. To the north, presumably the attackers access route, it's very sparsely populated until Hindi. To the east, it's the ocean suggesting that if the attack lasted hours, the govt would have surrounded Mpeketoni.... ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

Oh before i forget earlier in the thread you said boko haram don't claim responsibility for attacks, Madame try googling "boko haram claims responsibility and you will get About 1,720,000 results in(0.28 seconds) Something is going on and its not what we think we know. I pray for the families, ni hayo tuu! @Kratos why are guys trying to sell tribal politics?? An attack is launched next to Somalia, with superior weapons, with attackers speaking Somali, telling people to quote Shahada, and talking about KDF in Somalia! How does one conclude that it is CORD?? Who is selling anything between me and you. I have simply asked you for the links for your statements. I have also informed you that youre wrong in stating that boko haram dont issue claims of responsibility. Kindly address those issues i have raised first without the drama. And as we continue please tell us why you think your theories are more valid than others. “People will believe a big lie sooner than a little one, and if you repeat it frequently enough, people will sooner or later believe it.” ― Walter C. If the security apparatus or public had a video footage, then we may get some anwers. 1)How did the attack start? 2)Where did the assailants come from? 3)What questions were the victims asked? 4)Had the attackers covered their faces. I hope our security heads will not tell us that among the dead are the assailants. Consistency is better than intensity

Almost midnight it was The presenter interrupted to talk to someone called Jacob who was fleeing from the attackers in a forest. Intelligence can never be 100% but response needs to be!

"A police officer quoting witnesses said some of the gunmen were speaking in Somali as they moved from shop to shop and house to house shooting people."
There were around 50 attackers, heavily armed in three vehicles, and they were flying the Shabaab flag. They were shouting in Somali and shouting 'Allahu Akbar' ('God is Greatest')," And this guy who was counting this 5o people how was he doing this? Where was he seating? How did he make that estimate in the dead of the night? How sure is he that he didnt count twice or thrice the same person? Doesnt add up!!!! ION: remember the wesket attackers were initially 15 but remained 4 at the end of the day. Portfolio: Sold You know you've made it when you get a parking space for your yatcht.
