Mukiha and Magigi; the sample is indeed biased, to make a point. I think Magigi gets it.
I don't excuse breaking the law, but it has to be applied fairly. As it is now women are clearly getting the short end of it.
The implication as I see it is: in order to make it in public service, women have to be perfect. Wheres all that men have to do is avoid getting caught, or run to their tribal cocoons when they are.
Another point: Kethi's is a political case, she is being punished for daring the mighty Jubilee. If she had joined Jubilee when she was first asked to, she would probably be a Senator today.
The Judge should give her a warning and drop the whole circus.
