I posted the link again since you already closed the other thread and I needed to give my input from a technical perspective on databases. It had nothing to do with any party or candidate. what you are doing is dictatorship worse than the moi era. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I don't see the big deal with the lawyers in this case, this seems to be common arguments based on written down rules governing the whole process of the presidential election. Considering what the guys are paid I was expecting a different level of preparedness.

e.g show how sample ballot boxes are sealed using visual aids, show using scientific methods how long it would take to bring ballots from wherever they are to the sc ...

this is one of the biggest case in the country and lawyers can't even get the timing right, very amateurish.

so which side isnt prepared hakuna time ya hizo shenanigan zako...blame it on those who drafted the constitution.

all sides are not prepared, it doesn't take a lot of time to show the spread of the ballot boxes location and time to transport the same, or to refer to the written down laws to confirm the procedure of requesting for the same -

I am not a lawyer or a judge but some other people opinions (not mine), would find arguing over issues that are well laid down time wasting

Has madam admin relaxed the rules on posting personal opinions?

Not really. She said we stick to the court's proceedings. That is what we have been doing. By the way she is very active. Ako macho sana! Technology failed me, I did a blank post. Within 2 minutes it was gone!

You've got to give it to these judges: very comprehensive rulings in just 2 hours. Did they even eat lunch?
