The marked register request is impractical - 33,400 marked registers in 33,400 sealed ballot boxes distributed in 290 warehouses. Will the ballot boxes be resealed after the registers are removed? Who will be present to ensure that no monkeying around is done on the ballots in the box?

Yes, unless the constitution is amended. The only body authorized under the constitution is the IEBC


Actually the court can rule that the current IEBC lacks credibility and call for a new vetting process for a new commission!
