So if there is a case, he must be charged right? Does he keep his job as Ass(t) Minister?

That is a forgotten case.
The no of dramas expected btwn now and November are enough to make us forget who that guy was.

Sadly ( God forbid)we better get ready to burn in March. The 'leaders' now know they can get away with incitement with a slap on the wrist! and life moves on. You can have as many as four incitement cases running and still have the freedom to roam around to incite others.

How about the goons who actually looted and killed?

The offence is bailable, so he will walk unless he meets the judge in a very bad mood due to previous cases.

The thing though is that his running for governor and even MP is out of the question. His public career dead.

DPP opposed his release on bail saying he is a repeat offender and might abscond!!!

Then come 27th November, the case will be heard on 27th February 2013!!!Sad

Come 27th February 2013, the sentence/judgement shall be passed on 27th March 2013...Pray Pray

come 27th March 2013, the Governor of Nairobi County will be jailed for one day because of causing disturbances in kayole estate through his careless talk...Pray Pray

come 28th March 2013 waititu will be in office drawing budget for construction of double deckar outer ring road...

come 1st April 2013 half of wazua will be very dead...NKT!!!



...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...
