I ignore any company with a profit warning and if I already have a position I sell immediately, but that rarely happens. If your intention is to make money, why would you invest in a company issuing profit warnings or losses? Beats logic.

True. Profit warnings are red flags. However, on a loss making company, you can get in on a turnaround and make a killing, but it could also bankrupt you
