If Kabuga, accused of the death of over 800,000 civilians can be protected by the kenyan government, to what length can they then go towards protecting the O4......accused of the death of 1300 civilians!!!

Everybody knows that investigative pieces by the media serves several purposes they don't necessarily mean everything is factual. They sometimes act as stimuli prodding a mystery to see what comes out.

In this case, the story has several facts i.e Munuhes family has highlighted an inconsistency in police reports that they fed us,that Munuhe died peacefully from Carbon monoxide poisoning.While in actual fact he was murdered and the scene of crime was full of blood and the body disfigured beyond recognition.

The other fact is that the Kabuga family has been collecting rental income from properties in Kenya until recently when bad publicity made the AG issue an order stopping any further transaction from the said properties.

So even if we dispute the pictures and the witnesses the fact remains Kabuga has been enjoying state protection and JAN report is not far fetched.
