@Njuguna, I don't hold brief for any MPig or politician but from my observation of the scene I have this to say of UK:-
1. He is not his own man he is a "hostage" of people with vested interests and real or imagined fear over their past as well as their future. How do you explain his alliance with WR who he knows (from intel reports) his role in the PEV displacement and murder of his people? Why would he not use his new found love for WR to ensure/push for genuine return of "stolen" lands to their rightful owners who were displaced? 2. How do you explain his alliance with the old guard of Kikuyu politics? The only thing he has is a famous name and a famous father period. As for his economics genius, please acknowledge the role of technocrats at the treasury in producing the ideas in the budgets that he reads.

My prayer for this country is that Neither WR,UK,RAO ascend to the presidency come 2012. According to me, Kenya needs a thorough cleansing and a break from the past and NONE of these Kenyans can do that. They ALL have blood on their hands! I Think Therefore I Am

Let's be fair to Uhuru. In 2002, I was sure the guy wouldn't last. He was, after all a Moi project who couldn't stand on his own. I felt he would lose all his support after his loss in 02. But alas!He surprised me! He has now managed to get a concrete base support! Speak to the mama wa soko or your mech or the fellows who lost property in the RV, so long as they're from central, they'll support UK. He's his own man now, and he speaks street language-which is why he beats Kary But its true that he represents the old Kikuyu political and business elite.

@Lolest!, BLACK American- African American, with Kenyan family members- so basically, stateless, historyless, cultureless, homeless until I get naturalized.
Funny how Kenyans, Tanzanians... pretty much everyone in the developing world struggles to get papers/residency in the US. I'm the only fool heading the other way... not concerned about how they will treat me at the airport if I didn't have a Yankee passport... or do I know something that others don't???
It's time for those of value and contribution to repatriate. It's time to go home. I see the solutions to the black man's global plight in our alliance.
And back to UK or RAO, I just pray that the election, whoever wins, is not disputably close, and that whoever wins, the wananchi hold accountable and to task, and that the discussion stays about the issues and not the person, and God forbid that it goes to tribe.
And sure, the Hague could possibly affect the election, but in reality, what comes to light in the trials could affect ANY of the top candidates, even those not under indictment.
It will be interesting.
Best,
Hill

Which tribe will you be when you finally get naturalised? Ever thought of that? Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

@Jasonhill, I live in USA and I have been in the USA for a long time, Jasonhill is a fraud, a wannabe. First, he identify himselve with all white names something wannabes do, I have two nephews 18yrs and 20yrs old, both of them are half Kenyans half white American, they hold Kenyan last names or atleast middle name and they identify themselve with it, I also know Americans who grew up in Kenya and whenever they're with Kenyan they identify themselve with their Kenyan nicknames if not, the only use their first name just so that they look like everyone else, it is only wannabes who do the opposite, wannabes use anything to draw attention to themselve. If Jason Hill was indeed a Kenyan American or 100% American he wouldn't call himself Jason Hill, he would just go with Jason, or Hill, infact Americans go with first names, Jason Hill wanted to be identified as non Kenyan by including Hill in his name, can't you people read it?
Secondly, Jason, is a great writer, I acknowledge that, but most of his augurments are flawed or straight out of hollywood movies or Fox news channel or MSNBC channel, don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with listening to these channels but it is important to use your head to make your own opinion- look at Jason opinions on drug trafficking, this is right off American gangster movies- drugs being ship from some war torn country using military airships- The fact of the matter is, drugs from middle east dropped drastically after the ousting of Talibans and it has stay down. The other part of is from Fox News and some conspiracy theories making rounds in the internet. Thirdly, Jason Hill knows too much Kenyan stuff to have been away from kenya for long, leave alone being non Kenyan, Personally, even though I have lived in US for a long time, I have been making trips to Kenya and I have been calling people to talk Kenyan stuff beside reading the newspaper everyday, but still Jason Hill knows way more than I do about Kenya, so he has to be a Kenyan in Kenya or some young kenya new in America

Hello Drunkard, I want to thank you for saying that I "know[s] way more than I do about Kenya, so he has to be a Kenyan in Kenya or some young kenya new in America". Honestly and sincerely that means more to me than you know. As far as my first versus last name, you lost me there. As far as my "conspiracy theories", you are free to Google factual information from reputable sources... and Fox News and MSNBC, as you mentioned, are generally considered as such, so I don't understand your logic. And I'm not sure that you know that some "movies" that you mention are based on true stories or on published non-fiction books and verified documentaries. That, and my own personal experiences with what goes on right here in the US. American Gangster, for instance, WE LIVED on the streets of New York and Los Angeles with the Heroin epidemic. It's certainly not fiction. Nicky Barnes and Frank Lucas are real people. The rest I'll let you Google. But anyway, where in the US are you? If you are close to Ohio, let's meet. And I travel to So. California and to DC regularly, so we could also meet there. Let me know if you would like me to, like Obama, bring a copy of my birth certificate. So back to the election... this discussion is about the contenders for the presidency, not about me. Best, Hill
