Had to watch it a couple of times! Sweet!!! Now imagine somebody doing that to you in a real match and then going on to score. Albiol must have had a messed up evening that day!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I have watched it repeatedly, and the best part is when all the other players hold their heads and bust out laughing....they stopped the play for a moment.
Wenger amekata kununua, and the skill is there....then he'll go to another team just like Cristiano did...

The Italian Super Cup match [this weekend against AC Milan] could very well be the last for Sneijder in an Inter shirt. After which, he would wear the red of United.

Apparently Inter Milan have accepted an offer of approx. £30m. for their play maker from Man U. Man U have also [apparently] demanded that Sneijder lowers his wage demands or forget joining united. With the tax regime more favourable in Italy than in England he would ultimately have to live with a pay cut! To ease the 'pain', he would be paid a signing fee spread out over the period of his contract and above average bonuses.

To be honest, I know how tiring and boring the Sneijder transfer story has become - even to me - but this time round it seems like it is really going down. Why?, you ask. We don't have the usual denials this time round and the statement by Inter's assistant coach saying "Everyone has a price..." while discussing the Sneijder issue a few days ago says a lot. I think.

Newcastle have confirmed Joey Barton can leave on the club on a free transfer. The player has been linked to Man Utd and Arsenal among other teams.

Asked about the possibility of the player joining Man Utd, Paul Ince said "He's not good enough for United but could do a job for Arsenal. There’s not many players that are good enough for Old Trafford. Joey excelled himself for Newcastle last season but whether he's a Manchester United player, I'm not too sure. He's not good enough to replace Paul Scholes, that's for sure. I'd say Joey Barton would be better for Arsenal."

@TAZ duty of ensuring no one mentions Arsenal while discussing other teams just went global!!! Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

Joey Barton will never be an Arsenal player....Wenger goes for skill not physical presence and he's also not a big fan of British players.

@ Maichblack...Both Inter and Saf have once again denied that a deal has been struck to move Sneijder to Man Utd. I really don't think SAF is keen on the dutchman. He's a player who has achieved almost everything and i doubt he would be motivated by guarantee of trophies at Old Trafford. You can't also be sure whether you'll get the Sneijder who signed for Real and didn't perform or the one who won everything at Inter.

I'm surprised SAF wants to sell Berbatov....he might be inconsistent but he's one player who always performs at the right time and he's better than the likes of Owen, Macheda & Obertan.

@Maichblack...........Kweli haka ka-timu kanadharauliwa na wengi.

Who would not underrate a club that changes its name upon relegation? A very poor attempt to cheat history, if you ask me??

"There’s not many players that are good enough for Old Trafford," Ince told talkSPORT. "Joey Barton excelled himself for Newcastle last season but, whether he's a Manchester United player, I'm not too sure. He's not good enough to replace Paul Scholes, that's for sure.

"I'd say Joey Barton would be better for Arsenal. If you look at where Arsenal struggled last year, it was in the physicality of the Premier League, when they go to teams like Stoke and Blackburn.

"They need a digger in there who can get around and break up play. I think he'd be more suited to Arsenal than he would Manchester United."

Let me finish what you intentionally left out....but then again Paul Ince is a Former Man Utd player as far as he's concerned all their players are World class.

@TAZ seconded, this just confirms that from former players to their supporters.....everyone wants a dig at Arsenal. Would you expect the likes of Henry either to heap praise on Man Utd?

The gist of Ince's comments was never about how good Barton is as a player.

The key words for me were "He's not good enough for United but could do a job for Arsenal".

@ Mwenza & McReggae....for what its worth let me repeat what i posted earlier

"I'd say Joey Barton would be better for Arsenal. If you look at where Arsenal struggled last year, it was in the physicality of the Premier League, when they go to teams like Stoke and Blackburn.

"They need a digger in there who can get around and break up play. I think he'd be more suited to Arsenal than he would Manchester United."

According to Ince Man Utd don't need a defensive midfielder but Arsenal do. He was responding to whether Barton is good enough to replace Paul Scholes and where he would be suited more between Arsenal and Man Utd.

You do not need to be a genius to figure out which team between Arsenal and Man Utd has a weak midfield.....no wonder he made a lousy manager.

Barton had earlier been rumoured to be a Man U target. Why, pray, did Ince choose to talk of aseno out of 19 EPL clubs? Therein lies the key point.

True, its a no-brainer. The results of the last 6yrs or so are conclusive enough.

@ Mwenza....

C & P

25.07.2011 - Joey Barton was linked with a surprise move to Manchester United this weekend, but the controversial midfielder was quick to distance himself from any move to Old Trafford.

Speculation suggested United had identified the combative midfielder to add ammunition to a midfielder lacking bite. The former Manchester City maestro was also linked with Arsenal but a bid failed to materialise from the Gunners.

However, despite confirming he will leave the Magpies at the end of season Barton has confirmed his immediate future lies with Newcastle.

"Nice to be linked with some big clubs but I honestly don't want to leave Newcastle," he wrote on Twitter. "Thanks but no thanks.

"I will most likely leave Newcastle at the end of the season, when my contract expires and I am no longer employed. It's out of my hands."

True we've not won anything since 2005 but my point was that our midfield is still better than Man Utd's that is why everyone has been going about how Arsenal need to impove at the back. I don't think players such as Carrick, Fletcher and Anderson would get a starting role at Arsenal.
