Hmhhh - when did this start? There is no info on how they categorize a heavy user. Servic keeps getting worse and they are not interested in rebating the periods you do not have the service

I think some of these services in Kenya like Zuku, dstv are pricey coz of economics of scale, wenye nchi ndio wanaeza afford

hello

so about ZUKU i upgraded to 20 same Sh.....t
50....Sh...t cant do anything when some1else in my house
surfing or watch YouTube with a 50 package
SO what happened with this provider ?

they told me i could play online game or and use hamachi and tunngle
BUT iTS NOT possible with 50 DS and 5 US ??????

Haha.Im streaming Kodi and Netflix with only 10Mbos.Make sure your kids or neighbours aint using it to download xxxx!:)

people are using zuku very well to play online games.ask them to do some port forward for you or something like that.you might be dealing with an illiterate technician. lol. you can also join their forum.it helps

you donot need 50mbps to play online games.10mbps is enough just make sure your pings are good at ALL costs

i called them they made many tests but finally after months
2 guys called me and they said its not possible so i dont andertsnd

they changed my modem and cable
cheked the signal

on my side i tried everything
upnp
forward port
tried on 3 different PCs

but same things

oh forgot to say when i can play online gaming its only 8 am to 11 am sometimes 10 am and not possible to use hamachi and tunngle i have 300+ ms
