Why is it that some industries/sectors like banks have escaped any such silly moves? As a KK enthusiast, I have to say that this will 'destroy' value. Well, I will have to stick with KK for 10 years coz I can't sell without a 20% tax! Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

This, not the Puma deal collapse nor the FY 2012 results worry me. The Puma deal & FY 2012 are history. The ad hoc tax on the sale of assets & shares is worrisome. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

The idea was how far the nosedive will reach. VWAP closed @12.30 below support @12.50.
