Is this for Kenya Airways?

GoK wants to buyout KQLC?

ksh.3.7bn is too little to buyout KQLC maybe minority shareholders like Obiero and still remain with change
Why waste a single penny on buying out minority shareholders who willingly bought shares in KQ?
GoK should buy KQLC's stake and then take KQ through the bankruptcy process.

GoK buying our minority shareholders is acceptable for as long as it is above KQLC entry price. Otherwise this is Goldenberg reborn and shall be challenged in court

How can you place a willing buyer willing seller transaction as fraud?

Remove GOK/taxpayers financial support then rephrase your statement

The same can be said about KCB and Safaricom which both have GoK shareholding.. You don't choose your parents, they choose you

....for a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife......Well as KQ didn't choose its parents, it has REFUSED to grow

Definitely a BUY. But this is not a recommendation. Kila mtu atumie akili yake
