Iam afraid there might never come any good entry points in the near future if elections cant scare this market.

Asante. Been saying the USDKES buy call is a zero trade since I only see a max of 90. The place to be is in stocks & bonds unless chaos shows up. God forbid.

From my fx experience I've learnt never fight a desperate CB, instead trade in harmony with the elephant. They can go rogue anytime, shift the goal posts with no consultation and they have huge ammo (funds) to last the bruising fight.

I can just imagine those traders closing those USDKES positions to stop losses. Wrong footed...

Have now seen the lamentation on Mumias and almost no discussion on KEGN & KPLC results. Scangroup and Unga have had no mention at all. ... I expected new threads dedicated to hot discussion of these results Sad

Calm before the storm!

Jubilee landslide = uncertainty = USD/KES 95-105

Not even the CBK can fight all those petitions and ill rhetoric! Btw CBK ammo is running out at the exact time they need it..

I feel you. Ama guys are on campain trail.

But dont expect people to be over happy, most are heavy on cash and were timing to buy now. so not much fi smile about.

KENGEN- Impressive growth, nice steady growth. high capex gives me the chills though.

KPLC- 36% growth??? I thought they said earnings would drop by 50%, or is that for end year results. The fact there's no interim dividend is telling. How do you grow profits by 36% and not declare dividends when you declared with less profits.

Is the deadline on 28th feb? i thought it was 3 months.

Meanwhile USDKES has broken below 86/- as KES gains over $ to a high of 85.60/-

Wrong footed traders. Close those USDKES longs... Don't fight a desperate CB. CBK will smoke you out...

Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.
