Can someone explain how this company survives with consistently low cash flows? I'm looking at it as a potential buy next year.

BOOK CLOSE 27.09.2017. FINAL DIVIDEND OF KSHS 1.20 WILL BE PAID ON OR BEFORE 22.12.2017.
This is within the 90 days statutory period as stipulated under CMA
