Ruto says URP was consulted and that the list isokei, and that is what matters. I also see nothing wrong with the list:

Linah Kilimo - Anti Female Genital Mutilation Board
Agnes Ndetei - National Drought Management Authority Board.
Prof. Philip Kaloki - Kenya Medical Training College Board
Onyango Oloo - The Lake Basin Development Authority
Julius Kones - National Water Conservation and Pipeline Corporation
Abdul Bahari - Tana and Athi River Development Authority,
Joseph Musebe - Kenya Broadcasting Corporation.
Kitambi Digore - Kenya Maritime Authority
Simon Gicharu - Geothermal Development Company
Sammy Tangus - Postal Corporation of Kenya.
Edwin Yina - Kenya Information and Communication Board of directors
Francis Muthaura - LAPSSET Corridor Development Authority
Samwel Nyageso - Kenya National Library Services Board
Sam Njonde - National Sports Fund Board of Trustees
Matu Wamae - New Kenya Cooperative Creameries
Col Geoffrey Kingangi - National Cereals and Produce Board
Prof Terry Ryan - Kenya National Bureau of Statistics
Taraiya ole Kores - Kenya Meat Commission
Benson Ateng - Consolidated Bank
Mohamud Mohamed Ali - National Hospital Insurance Fund
Daniel Kiongo - Kenya Pipeline Company
Sam Kona - Kerio Valley Development Authority
Peter Kiilu - Water Resource Management Authority
Peter Kinya - Kenya National Trading Corporation respectively
Kenneth Sigilai - Kenya Electricity Transmission Company
Titus Ibui - Kenya Leather Development Council Board

Anyone with knowledge of the appointees tribes?

I can only see 3 'these' people and 23 'those' people.

"Those people" are also three; Onyango, Yina and Ateng.

The rest are Kenyans

Mr Muthaura did a perfect job of ensuring Lapsset remained on course. He astutely managed the tensions between the Treasury and the Ministry of Transport by bringing in the former Office of the Prime Minister to play arbiter between the two powerful dockets.

When matters were almost exploding, Mr Muthaura created a special inter-ministerial committee under his chairmanship to oversee the project.

Then there was a time when well-connected individuals from Coast Province grabbed the land around the Lamu port, scheming to flip the plots to the government later.

All of a sudden, that land had been registered in the names of individuals with friends and allies in high places. Work nearly stalled when these influential landowners popped up to demand compensation from the government.

It was the inter-ministerial committee, under Mr Muthaura, which forced the cancellation of these titles by taking the matter to the full Cabinet.

With the regime of President Kibaki out, this greedy lot are bound to start lobbying again. During the deliberations of the Cabinet, it emerged that the ravenous fellows had supporters who argued that they be compensated.

There seems to be the mistaken belief (yes, mistaken) that the elders have nothing more to contribute, that they should just idle away their remaining days regaling their grandchildren with tales of their past glory, or better still, writing their memoirs.

Besides, the appointments are for chairpersons which — I stand to be corrected — are non-executive. One hopes the CEOs, who are the ones who actually run these parastatals, will be younger and reflect regional balance among other concerns.

Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) Kericho County branch Secretary Daniel Chumo has thrown his weight behind the presidential appointments and called on Kenyans across the nation to allow the president perform his constitutional duties in peace.

Mr Chumo also defended Amb Muthaura’s appointment to head LAPSSET saying the former head of civil service will bring a lot of experience on board and was equal to the task he was given.

“Teachers in Kericho County fully support President Kenyatta.

We are calling on people to stop politicizing the whole appointment issue because playing petty politics will not help Kenya in any way,” noted Mr Chumo.

When Ruto was campaigning he clearly said that Railonzo were analogue because they were old. Yesterday in nandi he says digital is not about age but technology. Talk about your words coming back to haunt you...
