Do guys know that this Urithi is owned by the same guy who owns Gakuyo/Ekeza outfit?

Ni he does not own it but is a founding Director if there is such a name.

He stepped down from Urithi Directorship or Board to grow Gakuyo Real Estate which was already in existence and start EKEZA in a similar fashion like URITHI.

They actually have projects all over..Juja,Thika,Nakuru,Gatanga etc.Problem is the projects are incomplete several years later.

The only successful case I know was the own a room in Juja which was fairly completed.Not sure how the investment is doing and whether the rooms got occupied as they were targeting Jkuat students.
