What brand of alcohol here in KE has 92% alc..i,e if I want to make that garlic concoction?

Montys have a serious concoction, Absinthe 74% (150 proof) and there's KCFC's Extra Neutral Spirit, which I've been unable to get even after writing a letter, and a few office visits(Nisaidieni kuipata tafadhali  ) This one is 90something % Alcohol.

Its their discretion, whether or not, your case is deserving. There's also Spektra, which has it, but I don't know if they have Nairobi offices and they never pick up their calls.
