The High Court in Kampala on Wednesday refused to grant a third order to suspend the investigation but ruled that the previous injunctions were adequate to stop the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) from continuing to inquire into the matter pending determination of the governor’s petition "😖😡KQ makes money for everyone except the shareholder 😏😏 " overheard in Wazua
