BTW: Do the lawyers appear to truly believe that their clients are right?

If her request is granted and the documents are presented to her, how will she peruse the 750,000 pages of the "marked" register?

She is simply diverting attention!

In fact @chiaroscuro, you've hit the nail on the head. Since the point she's advancing is the principal voters register was vitiated, Supreme Court could request for a sample from those she mentioned; or perhaps examination of the same register for the 22 polling stations.

the burden of evidentiary proof is not a burden that can be be negated by assumption. Get the evidence. What she will do with it is up to her

I don't see the big deal with the lawyers in this case, this seems to be common arguments based on written down rules governing the whole process of the presidential election. Considering what the guys are paid I was expecting a different level of preparedness.

e.g show how sample ballot boxes are sealed using visual aids, show using scientific methods how long it would take to bring ballots from wherever they are to the sc ...

this is one of the biggest case in the country and lawyers can't even get the timing right, very amateurish.

so which side isnt prepared hakuna time ya hizo shenanigan zako...blame it on those who drafted the constitution.

To me the biggest joke so far was the request by one petitioner that EVID equipment computers etc be provided to all parties in court! Now how do provide one piece of equipment to several people? It can only go to one person...at a time....and time they don't have!

pliz stop lying...

Dear @radio,

The link posted yesterday here #147 was quite in order. But @harrydre reposted the link today for comment; sure enough an analysis began with @masukuma giving a long personal assessment. Left unchecked, it naturally was inviting defense from their opponents which would naturally lead to mud slinging ('stole','rigged','false evidence','throw out petition' etc.)

It's exactly for this reason we frown on expert personal opinions in support of a political party's position. Members must control this burning itch to beat their CORD/TNA drums in their neighbour's house.

Admin what was wrong with the link? I had planned to watch it shortly and now I come back and you have removed it?

The Wazua spirit

I posted the link again since you already closed the other thread and I needed to give my input from a technical perspective on databases. It had nothing to do with any party or candidate. what you are doing is dictatorship worse than the moi era. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Not really. She said we stick to the court's proceedings. That is what we have been doing. By the way she is very active. Ako macho sana! Technology failed me, I did a blank post. Within 2 minutes it was gone!
