@taz uko na chuki mingi toward mourinho, the only difference between the styles Chelsea and Real Madrid have employed this season is Ronaldo

I have never been a fan of Mourinho's tactics regardless of the fact that he's won so many trophies. Real are a well-oiled machine in attack and at the moment they are the most dangerous team on the counter. Btw i believe Gareth Bale has been their biggest influence this season due to his pace and link up play with CR7.

but they parked the bus against bayern, as did arsenal and man-u. What I do not agree with you is when you claim that Chelsea and Madrid do not play the same style and that the latter's style is better. Both teams have very pragmatic managers who know when to play defensive or when to have an open attacking game.

Mourinho getting same results as Tony Pulis using similar tactics. However similarities end there, one is doing it with a squad whose total weekly wages are equal to John Terry's.

@Kularaha.....The Real Vs Bayern game was anything but boring...pace, direct play and precision prevailed on the night not defensive tactics! CR7 and Bale were fantastic, they exposed Bayern's frail defense. Dante and Boateng could not keep up with the pacey attackers. Good display by Real! Ati Rodgers called to congratulate him on his tactics afterwards....that's typical Mourinho! @Nakujua.....In terms of chance creation, Real Madrid lead the way in La Liga but defensively they are not really that good. In majority of their games they use only one defensive midfielder to protect the defenders. They don't set-up their squad to defend or sit back. Btw they might have a problem in the final with Alonso suspended.
in the games against bayern and barca they did just that, modric has been used more often to protect the defenders and disrupt the game for the opponents not much in attack the same for alonso. Chelsea are the third highest scoring team in epl, so they have done their attacking bit considering they do not have a goal scoring machine aka ronaldo - its just that mr. Mourinho attracts extremes as concerning his antics.

There is one particular statistic that does not count at all in football in as far as results are concerned. And that is the shit called ball possession. Number of goals scored / conceded - yes Number of away goals - yes Head to head performance - yes Points taken - yes Goal difference - yes tik taka / taka taka / possession / complete passes done - that is bullshit I say Mourinho park the bus, a double decker one, score 1 goal, concede none! Let atletico keep the ball 95% of the time. Now tell me who progresses??

I agree 100%. That is why Athletico are top of La Liga and yet to lose any match in Champions League. Chelsea are second because Sunderland climbed over the bus and FC Basel crawled under twice in the CL group stages. Teams that play tik taka are already out so please dont kill a dead lion. Chelsea have not won anything yet so let us wait and see how Mourinho will fare against Diego Simeone and may be later against Ancelloti. The'super tactician 'may endure another trophyless season while the 'specialist in failure' gets the FA Cup.
