Too much cargo? It's good to see high load factors but pissing off pax isn't good!

An 84% load factor is excellent. Global average is 79%.

Even @maka the pessimistic man has smelt the KQ rebound coffee.. Watch and learn

Everyone knows that new airline routes do NOT make a profit in the initial 2-3 years. There's no joy in seeing a blind man tumble.. Dog bites man 🤷🏾‍♂️

The trick is to feed into the African connections.. KQ management are aware that NYC-NBO will not be adding to the profits soon but it sure will add to the revenue. The alleged bleeding costs net off on the profitable intra Africa routes. Remember the tag line, Winning In Africa

As I suspected, the chosen aeroplane can't carry full capacity for such a long flight. If break-even load factor is 90% and even 83% is technically unachievable, the only way to make money is to hike prices. Could this work in a competitive environment?

It could work based on the fuel efficiency of the chosen aircraft.. Ethiopian flies the same type of plane on its long haul. Remember current pricing is still introductory. Meanwhile why would anyone care to count the number of bags left, if not to smear KQ. 29 bags are not many bags out of the number of passangers

Something odd, no mzungu aka kaburu bank including the leading conmanship syndicate loans arranger in Kenya in that fake arrangement.

Nobody denies that... Question I asked earlier do you think KQ can hack 2 years of loss making on one route...? Govt has to give them some funds at the end of the day a bit of the 520Bn borrowed the other day wouldn't be bad... smile
