All sensible contracts, routes, agreements and necessary employees should move to "New KQ" while the unwanted liabilities and employees stay at "Old KQ"... "New KQ" would be owned by the creditors but it can rise like a phoenix over the next few years without the baggage of the "Old KQ" tying it down. KQLC should take a haircut and GoK should make good on its guarantees to KQLC. NOT AN EASY DECISION TO MAKE. Good luck! Greedy when others are fearful. Now headed to Kakamega New Referral. The decision to dismiss was made last week on Tuesday when the rumor first floated.. Anyone who doesn't show up for work on the inaugural flight day, without good and just cause, is summarily dismissed. Simple KQ ABP 4.26
