I cant help but get the feeling that this may go down as one of the closest finishes in years. Being a UNITED fan, success will definitely be much sweeter than had we wrapped up the tittle in the last 3 losses/draws.Anyway the title is United's to lose! STILL! UNITED!! UNITED!! UNITED!!Common sense is the most evenly distributed quantity in the world. Everyone thinks he has enough.

Great game....has been billed as match of the season.....On the contrary, the team to be worried is the one to play No.2 and No.3 soon. This season is far from over. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

Enyewe, I must admit that draw has made you quite delusional. Stop misquoting me. Between me and you, who said 'Welcome back Chelsea'? And again, I was just highlighting to you the predictions that many fans had made, that Arsenal may find themselves overhauled by Chelsea, at the rate they were dropping points. That is not a celebration, that is a fact. And yeah, we faced them in the recent past and won both games... And you've gotten used to not fighting for top position that you aint concerned whether you become no. 2 or 3. I was gutted last season when we became number 2 losing by a single point. The other day mr Bean told us that finishing second is an achievement............Wonder whether he will now tell us that finishing third is even a better achievement. IF YOU EXPECT ME TO POST ANYTHING POSITIVE ABOUT ASENO, YOU MAY AS WELL SIT ON A PIN

As Kingfisher rightly points out, the race is not really over. If Arsenal and Chelsea win ALL their remaining games (max 15 points), they will both finish at 79 points and only goal difference will separate the 2, Arsenal are ahead on head to head. However, if Arsenal and Chelsea win all their remaining games, that would mean that Man Utd would lose 2 games of the remaining 5 which would be catastrophic. Man Utd need 10 points from the remaining 5 games to win the title with 80 points, ideally 3 wins and 1 draw will do it. I will take 3 wins against Everton, Blackburn and Blackpool and a draw and loss against either Arsenal or Chelsea (even if Chelsea are at OT). However, that will be nerve wracking as it means waiting until the final day to win by a point. If we can beat Arsenal at the Emirates despite our poor away form this season, after beating Everton this weekend, we'll be firmly in the driving seat. Of course if we beat Chelsea as well, I will finally relax. So mambo bado. I only say that because I expected Man Utd to beat Newcastle and they were thwarted so assumptions have to be thrown out of the window at this stage. However, my confidence in the team could never be higher!Glory Glory BEER IS LIVING PROOF THAT GOD LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY!

@smano - I totally agree with you. This is far from over. Man U supporters, we should not kid ourselves. We have very important matches ahead of us and until they are done and dusted we can't assume the trophy is back home. Two matches are very important; the ones against Chelsea and Arsenal. We pick six points and we are home and dry. We lose any of those games and things become very dicey! Remember the other teams are also not walk overs. They also have agendas of their own. We are in a good position but we haven't won the league yet. I have confidence we will win the EPL but we haven't won it yet!!! The trip to the Emirates and the visit to OT by Chelsea are two very important occassions. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
