Today my mind was made up from president to MC, I didn't even look at the others alafu pia mchanganyiko maalum no suit wote NASA, jap and independent plus some funny chama but my guys got my vote.

Yes, its either or. My contacts in Mks town are telling me they had less than 20 people on queue although most people voted in the morning.

interesting.... but you can conclude that you are "done" with polling if
1) the time for polling is done and you don't have people in the queue
2) or everyone on the roll has polled before the time in 1 above

In my station guys have queued for 7 hrs. I was there at 10, saw the line, went home and came back at 4

I am one of those. Though Senator vote changed my mind right inside the booth. Silantoi was very prominent in display. It just happened!

In Syokimau guys went to vote early morning – by around 3:30PM the voting center was empty kabisa but I hear turnout is less than 60%. voting was flawlessApplause Applause Applause

But the queue is gone and counting is beginning at Nairobi Primary, where turnout was lower at more like 60%
