Wazuans As you are all aware RAO cannot lose an election unless there is rigging.

If there is No runoff declared tonight, it means there is something wrong with the IEBC tallying of numbers. You can be sure the Supreme court will order for a runoff in 2 week time.

In the runoff, there is no possibility of rigging. So RAO will definitely win.
