I think 30 (including dividends) in 1Q 2018 is a strong possibility. Not buying Safcom earlier was a poor call. The competition just couldn’t hack it. Kenya must be one of the few open markets where telecom costs aren’t dropping rapidly. Safcom can get away with 5/- calls & $5/Gb for data.
