the ruling will be vital, hope it includes those aspects of the system that made the process null, a firms reputation is on trial hapa and it would be sad if after that nothing concrete is given to support that view.

This actually have been my point. These accusations and counter accusations when people don't even know what the ruling will say is jumping the gun. Unless, of course, they know what the petition contains.
