From the affidavit, how did guy know themoney was Kes. 200m ama $2m?

Read paragraph 49, paragraph 59 is also very interesting

If these allegations are true, Kidero,Tunoi, katwa etc are to blame, why did they leave kiplagat and jemeli hanging. Did Kiplagat decided to come out publicly since he only got 20K
If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

If allegations are true, then presiding over election petitions is very lucrative business. Same case being on the panel recruiting jury would be very lucrative. Still wondering why someone past retirement age would fight tooth and nail to remain - past 2017?

Very funny characters. They determine all current cases based on the 2010 katiba, while when it comes to retirement they use the old katiba. Selfish i tell you smile

it appears that (if what is claimed is true) they would have gotten away with it if only they had sorted out kiplagat - who only got 20k, a cv and demands from the other chick for her cut.
and as per the affidavit, after getting usd 2m the judge became evasive... Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly greed yawa.

I find that affidavit very interesting - lacunas, inconsistencies, unnecessary introduction of new characters towards the end, et cetera.

What made it necessary for Njeru & Osogo to tell Kiplagat that "the two ladies" had been sorted.

What was the necessity of having Kiplangat present when the real transaction was taking place.

As a matter of fact, if the story were to be believed, then this Kiplangat fellow should also be arrested for participating in corruption deals.

The manner of the execution of the deal would also cast the principals and their henchmen as very naive operatives - believable!

The High Court has declined an activist's application to stop the JSC from investigating Supreme Court judge Philip Tunoi over bribery claims.

In a ruling on Monday, judge Mumbi Ngugi said the request was not urgent as the probe by a committee of the Judicial Service Commission has begun. She also said reasons given for the request were insufficient.

Tunoi allegedly received Sh200 million to deliver a favourable judgement in a petition by Ferdinand Waititu (Kabete MP) against Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero in August 2014.

Activist Brian Ng'etich, who wanted the investigation stopped, said the judge is being victimised and is facing discrimination. He also said the special committee constituted to probe the claims was unconstitutional.

Is Mike Njeru, the businessman mentioned on page 2 of the document the husband to Carol Radull? He is said to be baba's campaign funds mobilizer, and contacted the witness to help get Tunoi to assist kidero.
