Yaani Eurobond billions are finished?

Should he then have asked those ministries to answer each for themselves from word go. But really what kind of govt cant tell at the touch of a button how money was spent?

Somebody told us here that rotich is responsible for all ministries accounting officers ie ps during waigurus saga. Has that changed. punda amecheka

He is only answerable to the Parliamentary select committee not some random press conference. That is the correct forum to answer the nitty gritty question. You cant blame the Finance minister for the illiteracy of some people.
