Yes...all matters on internal security, defense, NSIS were under PNU. under what circumstances did he chair NSAc? But maybe ODM had own clandestine 'national security committee'

No way you can easily dine and wine with someone who says I will…uh without water, unless he offers formal apology first and ensures this apology is given significance by media just like the offensive statement.
So uhuruto what to do? just be polite and tell him your diary is full for now, but he can put in a request to meet with respective CSs responsible for the various issues he intends to raise… or else meet with his local MP/senator who will air his points in parliament. Choices have consequences.
