Good, but it is an order from somewhere, trust me! Na isukumwe till 2023!
Most likely from where?
The puppeteers, our courts under mutunga understand the Kenyan dynamics the best, this is muppet show, the judge with bass reminds me of this character in muppet show also with a bass

At this rate a deferral is not needed.

Where are those who were saying AU pressure wouldn't work. Those ICC judges need time to meditate. UK was not going until they rule on that application. These are political not criminal cases.
Bensouda just grateful to get time to 'prepare' her case.

When they were 1st deferred, was it AU.
I agree with you that Now Bensoudah can Now re-evaluate her witnesses given the way some have been clowns!!!

I read in some place Sam Nyamweya being quoted saying the football calender esp FIFA related KE issues would be affected if UMK is away.

The African Union pressing ahead anyway with request for Article 16 one-year deferral of President Kenyatta and Deputy President Ruto ICC cases at the UN Security Council following meeting with Security Council Ambassadors as the core concerns remain.

the Prosecution witnesses are asking for heft bribes from the mama so that they can testify. They cant just accept few Millions they want alot. Their intention all along is to make a kill. The west must be ready to give few thousand dollars to entice them. They cannot repeat mistakes of case 1 witnesses few dollars and then ua evidence is not credible.

And the risk of being busted is so real. With the entire gova mechanism at the disposal of the dynamic duo.
