as long as the story is true, defamation cannot arise. Then we have freedom of speech, another defense available to him. May be he can get sued for scandalising contempt, n this mostly applies when you make statements against a member of the judiciary which have the capacity to interfere with their work

This Sunday tune in to another story of how the army did this and the police did that without providing solutions. Then it turns a bit political- it will be aired on 20 October....

I hope the story will focus on how the terrorists planned, how they moved from Somalia to Kenya...where they stayed before the attack. Whether they made prior visit to the mall before the attack and how they orchestrated their moves in the mall.Finally I hope they story will tell Kenyans how to stay safe in future and how to prevent future terrorist attacks....

I think it is too fast too. It will just regurgitate what we know,with no investigation at all. "Inadhaniwa","yaenda ikawa" etc ,but let's wait and see.
