Wambua kilonzo for IEBC: tallying centres at the constituency should be ignored and only national ones should stand.......smh!!!

actually the other Kilonzo was talking about results at 'the county tallying centre' differ from the 'county results at the national level'.... clearly ignoring that constituency tallies are the ones that are sent to the national tally centre (these are not only form 36s but also all form 34s). they undergo a rigorous process of verification and auditing.
no announcement was made at bomas on the results of a certain county as far as presidential results wer concerned. IMHO - She would have been better placed to show a video of a constituency with different results with the national tally then go ahead to show that form 34s for that constituency aggregate to the result announced at the constituency and not the one announced at Bomas - THEN WE WOULD HAVE A CASE!!
