The new constitution stipulates that the Deputy President becomes president for the rest of the term until the elections are held (5 year term must end before another election).

Soma katiba ndugu!! The Deputy becomes President FOR THE REST OF THE TERM upon a vacancy arising in the presidency. If you vote Raila, you are voting Kalonzo, if you vote Uhuru, you are voting Ruto..etc

Kangundo will contribute the highest percentage of the Kamba votes to Jubilee. The reasons as I stated in another post have nothing to do with Kalonzo.
