It is opening...34pages. Interesting that the doc shows that the project will be carried out on VET Farm reg no. LR 1491/2. So he has grabbed land from vet dept?

this is upuzi. even if the land belongs to the VET, it's not like he is grabbing to sell and pocket the money. It's for the good of the county I say let it be grabbed and put into a better use. After all the County can settle with the G.o.K.

I know Muthama and ilk are all over the place so that they can grab it later and sell to gullible buyers.

Ground breaking is in a few hours keen to see whether Kaloozer and RAO will attend. I don't think Muthama will, it will be a surprise if he does.

Mkeiyd and @Masukush are you still dismissing this man ngafana as a dreamer? I think the guy has woken up from his dream its time to act. Oooh....And the Commander in Chief is the chief guest

@Murchr, I was not dismissing ngafana, it was about some voices i had heard on the ground. Seems it was all politics.
I believe in the guy, i was worried when i heard those voices. I hope they'll be silenced sooner than later. Starting with the mother of them all. MUTHAMA.

I think the ngavana has no much choice but to go the planned urbanization route ..look at machakos..little acreage of rain fed arable land increasing population where land division is increasing the only way out is planned urbanization and creating trading opportunities..Kaos have always been traders..if he couples that with education ..Kaos are also naturally skilled artisans..the curving and tyre akalas...just redirect this in born skills to silicon( made from sand which is largely available there) and bang we have Japanese like communities...skilled ..a brand product culture..and hence continuous propagated progression..my 3 dururus
