KDF went into Somalia to save the world (Remember that once impassable shipping route?) But now the world is kicking us in the mid section with their travel advisories. Ohh, how I now see the light, BRING OUR TROOPS HOME. KESHO!!

It will happen only when the families of the affected soldiers make the noise, the American way. Mothers, wives (widows), daughters, sons demonstrate to demand their "children" back!

NOTE: Right now, the gova quietly & silently just pays the family and tells them to shut their mouths... So it's just a matter of time as the number of widows and orphans increase.

Mr President, with due respect I believe you got better advisors and intelligence than any of us.
But the reality is many innocent lives are lost almost daily due to our troops engagement in a lawlessness country. Do the necessary tonight and announce end of the mission.

Actually, the facts are a little less glamorous...

1. In just 10 days July 2014, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Somalia were victims of terrorist attacks.

2. Operation Linda Inchi ended in June 2012 after 8 months. Of 8 nation AMISOM, Kenya's number of troops are 4th with just under 200 casulties.

3. Though an idea with merit, pull out of from AMISOM will scarcely reduce insecurity we are facing.
