Maybe it's baba sending orders for Miguna to be finywad more.. Baba wishes he would do that. If somebody dedicates a page, a chapter, a book hammering you unrelentlessly...

Drama at the high court.
A new court order was issued in the morning to produce miguna by 2pm or cite IG and DCI for contempt.
He has not been produced. ODPP has just thrown the police under the bus. They have no intentions or plans to charge miguna because police never contacted them regarding his case.
Justice Luka kimaru had warned police against getting into a confrontation with the courts.
This will be fun to watch.

IG and DCI to appear in court tomorrow in person. They are already in contempt. In the meantime, Jubilee supporters can be reading this for reference. In Maldives, sh#t has hit the fan between the supreme court and the govt. https://www.theguardian....ing-to-impeach-president

When police went to Jimmy's house Baba went and slept on the sofa set to protect him.
Miguna has spent a whole weekend at Githunguri police station, Baba has yet to say a word.

Expect more drama. If opposition can't respect the constitution, sembuse sirkal? Impunity of the worst kind. And you sir are very myopic. It might be you next, or your kin with a grievance ..then you will meet an arrogant police force not heeding court orders! Ama you think they will heed your Jubilee stripes? Miguna Miguna is just a windbag. How are Uhuru and Ruto scared of such a fellow? Kenyans have given these 2 such a wide latitude, a huge majority and then they are wasting time getting bothered by busy bodies and a very weakened opposition... Can they get their heads out of the sand and carry on with the "big four" projects that they have been harping about the last few weeks ....can they even do it? Watu wanatishwa na inzi ... Ridiculous. I miss Kibaki.

A court order without the police to enforce it is just another piece of paper. Trying to hold the IG of police in contempt is an exercise in futility. What will the court do? Order him to arrest himself?
I think we are on a very slippery slope right now that I suspect started when Maraga and "wakoras" nullified the 8/8 elections. I think we are witnessing the "we will revisit" that was promised and NRM and People's president are just the perfect red herring. The duo have the perfect opportunity and excuse to consolidate power.

Or release him and rearrest him, fly him to Marsabit and have him tried there...just to make semblance of adhering to the law

The days of rushing to Odunga for injunctions are long gone since the injunctions mean zero. State security and public safety comes first. I asked you some time back how old you are and you forgot to answer. We promised that "we will revisit" and as you can see we have started revisiting. Ati "we". Who is "we" Uhuru sio wewe. This is why Africans don't go anywhere. Uhuru is doing his own personal stuff and you think ni wewe. Haki you are behaving like the house nigger who used to call the slave masters house, "our" house. Again...How old are you? Simamisha mimi sirkal akojoe....

He has even refused to send orengo to defend miguna. Time for baba to get his revenge for miguna's "Peeling back the mask".

After Baba's swearing in he still went to console weeping Kalonzo after his house had been "bombed". He is still trying to maintain NASA as a unit. Contrast this with Miguna who has been breathing fire on the other NASA principals calling them cowards. Miguna is working to break NASA. He pushed for the swearing in almost single handedly.
Is it far fetched to imagine that Miguna may actually be working for Jubilee? He is the perfect mole. Transactions will be completed in Toronto. After his job is done he will quietly leave only to return in 2022.

Ridiculous. I miss Kibaki. That is what most people are confused about. Nobody took the 30th Jan comedy seriously. Even the guys who attended the event at Uhuru park. Nobody except the government. Now miguna miguna becomes headline material. A possible ugly face-off with the judiciary. Someone told me Jubilee have realised the only thing that energizes their support base is when they invent an enemy. ICC, Judiciary, Raila, Western powers. Now the swearing in provided a perfect boogeyman. It's easier than tackling food security or health care.

Sources indicate Gen Miguna could be in the country illegally, having out stayed his Kenyan entry visa (now that he came in using Canadian passport and has never bothered applying for dual citizenship) The Canadians might be reviewing his citizenship too, considering participation in illegal activities, terrorist organizations (NRM) are grounds that could lead to loss there of. i.am.back!!!!

You can never be revoked citizenship of where you were born. There can never be such law under any constitution. It is called citizen by right not given or chosen. Was he born in Canada? BBI will solve it :)

If he renounced his Kenyan citizenship when he swore allegiance to Canada, his goose is cooked. He would join the ranks of other illegal immigrants and is liable for deportation.

I was the greatest defender of RAO swearing in for in my opinion it was nothing but a circus. I wonder why the govt took it too seriously. By now we would have forgotten them completely. But the ongoing 'purge' is just giving them some ammunition to get stronger together again, albeit for a short while. Or what is the point? Shouldn't we be talking of the big four?

So there is a possibility Babu was "sworn" by a Canadian?
