This is no head hunting it smirks of management incompetence. For example, you send officers on Job grade R on 2 year fully paid vacation because you have your own suspicions on their work instead of initiating a performance review and firing mechanism. You hire young personnel to fill those positions at almost twice the amount to do the same job. You go ahead and further give addition perks to your new hires which includes prados and other mot mots! The rest of the Job grade R staff doing the same job remain on their salos and on footsubishi. How can this be head hunting, this is wastage (paying two people to do the job of one) and creating inequity in the workplace. I hear she hired a few deres at 80 ngwa which is about 3x of a gava dere salo.....

This one evun the big man on hill will find expensive to salvage..me I see her being hung to dry.

What a good way to punish those lazy bones who used to hide files I do the same in my company. Inequity in the work place is how you yield power, you frustrate the lazy bones out of work. I think shollei is too private sector to function in judiciary. This branch of govt has always been archaic. I went to the Machakos law courts I was amazed at the transformation before the court files were kept in a heap and now they have a proper registry and good filing system. I gathered that rats and snakes were found among the files when they moved them. Who cares about inequity in the work place that happens in donor funded projects. If you look at what she did at the law reports I would rather focus on what she has delivered

Touching judiciary that we had all hoped will put us all on an equal scale is a big blow to the commoners. As someone said, something just doesn't sound right with all these allegations. She seems very competent to me and she's the last i would have thought would be corrupt. She might have blocked someone or something and it is coming back to bite... i hope it doesn't this time. we need a strong efficient and clean judiciary that follows the law. From what i watched yesterday, someone overlooked the provisions of the constitution on how to handle the CR. And hopefully, she's got clean hands too.

I don't know her beyond the media but even Kethi, i only knew her during the petition and she was a darling, a star performer, an example to be emulated by all young girls. Then came the cropper and she fell to... My point being, no need to engage in conspiracy theories. In 12 days we will all know. She has her record to vindicate her. my 2 ethiopian birrs....

She is one and the same.

Helicopter even local ruffian musicians use helicopters to cross fences at carnivore, another one goes to eat meat at olepolos in one, another late monister uses helicopter to carry a lot of money till helicopter is overloaded with money till it 'falls down'. I think her rationalization for the helicopter was fair, the judiciary has a reach similar/bigger than kws or police, it was 300million, the price was not in question, but the rationale, the mpigs targeted her as they wanted to slush peoples budget and create a lot of 'hype' and anxiety about spending so as to pass their salaries. They should tell us how she is performing and what she has stolen so we know better whether this supuu is to go or stay, nothing clear has emerged.
