Officially, i am tired! seriously! Did RAO actually vote for this constitution ama hata yeye alikuwa watermelon? If he did, did his legal advisers advise him what the contents were? Am assuming he did not read the document.....else, am very worried.

which basically means the counties with high population will have some tyranny.
