What AU is saying is that what happened during voting and counting, i.e,
- no one was forced to vote or not to vote,
- no one was influenced to to vote for or against anyone during that day,
- the counting and collating of the votes was transparent.
But the following questions arise:-
- was the registration of voters and inspection and cleaning of the register transparent?
- was there an even ground in the campaign period? (i.e. no intimidatiom or favour)
- was the voting exercise simple and straight forward or tiring and complicated that most voters opted to go home than queue?
