I think Obama is much more frustrated that he himself cannot visit the land of his fore fathers when he is US president. When he is forced to fly all the way from America to TZ next door and he is not allowed to trample on the same soil his fore fathers used to just next door, I think this is caging of the highest order.

Ditto, it must pain him big time.

Bush did not come, neither did Clinton and so too Obama. Kenya lives on. We are still the biggest economy these sides and with the likes of Machakos Gabana we will get bigger still.

I am telling you in those countries the order of power in the house is Woman > Children > Dog then Man. So tukijijazia Michelle > Sasha,
> Malia > Bo alafu Kasin. If Michelle was Kenyan he would be coming to Kenya every month, you know they live with the mother in law in the same house too. Mzee amekaliwa chapati don't blame him.

Other than the fact that he is half black, what makes him different from the other former Presidents?

I pity those CORDeshians who were waving US flags at Nyayo stadium final presidential rally as if Kenya is a part of the US. His not coming here will really hurt them as they were doing it for him!

watalilia kwa choo.

The last sitting US president to visit Kenya was in 1909 but we are still ahead of the pack! No big DEAL.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Lol, so you bought that Itumbi rumour.....the 1st sitting American president to visit Africa was in 1943.....and that country was not Kenya!!!!

actually you misquoted me Laughing out loudly i meant the closest a US prezzo came to kenya was in March 1909 immediately after Theodore Roosevelt's retirement.

Obama is just scared of the bashing he will receive from the republicans and the likes of Donald Trump..so tulia kasin, he will come after retirement Laughing out loudly

President Obama set to visit Senegal, South Africa and Tanzania between June 26th and July 3rd.

I hope he doesn't fly over our airspace as well.
There are businesses that would lose money if he were to hang around here.
