It's undergoing repair, it should be a dual carriage way as you get to Kisumu, the contractor is too slow!!!!

I don't even think Ruto expected Uhuru to honor the agreement. I don't blame Uhuru, we all know that TNA people have been in power or held most of the major positions for the past 10 yrs, who do you expect Uhuru to fire and allow Ruto to make a replacement to achieve 50/50 ratio?

Ruto, whether he likes it or not, will have to accept the positions ODM held in previous government, let's face the facts. This is from Drunkard aka Rollout, Kale and ODM supporter.
