Good read, however, can't help drawing parellels with the book 'The Richest Man in Babylon' . Just hope James is a real person and not a product of fiction.

Ceinz, you are right. There are definitely parallels with several books I can think of. After all, what Marty has described has been a long known secret. He just put it in a simpler analogy that Wazuans can relate to.

Yap, either he applied what he read in the books in real life and that is what he is relating to, or what he has presented to us in this thread is just a composition, based on the books.

Clarification: The concepts herein have been applied in my life to great effect. James exists though the name has been changed for obvious reasons. I guided him through the recovery period and I can confirm that he is headed for greatness. I am also an investor in real estate so I'd confirm that am not just theoretical. We know guys who've made money writing financial 101 books but that is not what I want; I simply want to give back to the society. In fact a book is just a book, and if I can relate to the concepts therein, then just remains a book. My wish is to make people understand how to achieve financial indepence by applying the relevant financial education.

@Marty.. dont worry about Thomas thoughts herein.... continue the good work.... so what if its a composition? is it changing peoples lives in a way they can relate to ? YES, and thats what you aimed for if i read you correctly (as in giving back) so wachana na chura, endelea kupeleka watu mtoni wanywe maji...

Marty, I applaud what you have done and I think it's important for all. There are those who will read it here the first time and there are those who probably read a book and forgot about this. Even those who read the same in a book and did not comprehend or did not attempt to practice what it recommended.
What you have done is nothing but positive and simplified in a way that a Wazuan can understand.

I'm sorry if you feel offended about it being analogous but that's why it's a known secret! People look for it, find it but keep looking for 'the secret'.
