This houses deserve people with a keen eye for Beauty, elegance and class. The beauty in this houses is just awesome. I happen to come across some pictures of them here ( http://bit.ly/SSp9Y4 ) before visiting the locale.

@Ericsson, Tenant Purchase Scheme had been stopped, but uptake with banks was an unmitigated disaster due to the then high interest rates and problems with charging the titles. TPS was then revived and is going on.

btw, problem with charging of the titles is still alive and well. portions of phase iv and v do not have sectional titles, rather only block titles. anyone with a way around this dilemma? COOP, IMH, KEGN, MTNU
