the issue can be resolved easily by calling customer care. it could have been an anomaly which can be looked into and airtime refunded. Luck is when Preparation meets Opportunity. ~ Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Or what numbers do we get them on these days? For the first time, they have given me a reason to see vuka as a better option!

Must admit this multiple SMS issue is perturbing... Can it fairly be explained with fibre cuts? I also wondered how 'simcard failed' message was as a result of fiber cuts.

Because Safricon uses latest technology, 4G, simcards are connected to fibre, 3 fibres to be precise. Business opportunities are like buses, there's always another one coming

My friend... is there anything i havent tried including sending an email to their "customercare" which is also answered by the same octopus machine??..... the number you have given is a chargeable version of 100! why should i pay to listen to that politician of a machine who wont "run short of words" to quote guka! @kularaha..... Nakusikia..... Tucheke tu..... soon, you will be "zapped up" and we shall be on your side of the road..... may be then it will be greener than it looks now..... LOOOL! My friend topped up with a 100 bob today morning... she sent an sms.... which was sent out till she ran out of airtime.... she pulled an "okoa jahazi"... guess what, she resent the sms coz it was still showing on her outbox and all her credit was gone with multiple smses... she aint a happy gal i can tell you!

When you dial 100, when the politician starts speaking and says press 2, press 2 when he speaks again press 1 immediately, then press 0 when he starts speaking again, a real person will take your call. A New Kenya
