Currently at 14.01, and with end of fin year in Sept, should we expect Sasini to rise higher anytime soon?

What has been your experience with it? Your advise will be highly appreciated.

Despite coffee prices rising and rising, this stock does not seem to be responding. In fact, its lost around 8 percent since this post was started. Does anyone here think Sasini is a worthy buy at current prices?

@youcan't Sasini is cheap at these levels and you could definitely buy it....

Though i would much rather put my money in kakuzi or kapchorua tea because they are at exactly the same valuations with less uncertainty...

It'll be interesting to see if it closes above 14 today. It has been slowly edging up the last few trading days

@ Kularaha - Coffee prices have also risen and with the weakening of the Kshs. my guess is that turnover will hit or exceed Ksh. 3bn. (half year 2010 was Ksh. 1.3bn, full year 2009 was Kshs. 2.1bn)- as I've stated in another post.

Announcement of FY 2010 results expected around Jamhuri Day going by last year's trend - but as with all Merali companies you could be either pleasantly surprised or in for a nasty shock!
