Commercial office space market in Nairobi's CBD is set to experience a new phenomenon ~ "The Dancing Tower" The name of the structure is as interesting as its architectural attributes...infact i'd like to think of it as the leaning tower of Pissa...sorry! The Leaning Tower of Nairobi. Its to be built on less than an acre of land and towering 30 floors high, making it the second tallest building in Kenya. The building will assume a dancing pose for stability purposes seeing as the land it will built on is relatively small.

@Zakumi if my memory serves me right, that plot had been sealed off, excavated then filled up again. Apparently the developer failed to continue construction and the NCC forced him to fill it up because it had become an environmental hazard. Plot was mean't for expansion of City Mkt. I heard that JJ Kamotho grabbed it from the NCC when he was minister for Local Govt then sold it to the developer.

@Sparkly you seem to have followed this matter keenly...not that it matters, but do have any interest in this land?(just kidding).Your facts are true. But the new developer has gotten a nod from all the relevant authorities,so its just a matter of days before ground breaks.

@Zakumi he he he no interest at all, apart from a keen interest to enjoy what the dancing tower will have to offer. Are you the developer by any chance?
